Marylhurst University was founded by the Sisters of the Holy Names and is Oregon’s oldest Catholic university. Marylhurst was the first liberal arts college for
women in the American Northwest. The school is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities and enrolls over 1,400 undergraduate and graduate students.
